SpyShredder, or Spy-Shredder, is the successor to the rogue anti-spyware program called SpySheriff. SpyShredder installs on your PC without your permission through the use of Trojans and other malware. Once installed, the Trojans will display message boxes on your screen similar to the ones below:

You may also see your desktop background look like this:

A flashing "X" in the lower right hand corner of your computer that displays messages is also seen:

New icons may also appear on your desktop:
